Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Royal Arts Palace, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Provide your order number and reason for cancellation. If the cancellation request is received before the order is processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for returned items that meet our returns criteria (see Returns Policy). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued if the item is returned in less than its original condition or if the return is not complete. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
Before Processing: If you cancel your order within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
After Processing: If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our returns process to obtain a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
4. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items
Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with the video evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Resolution: Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be processed once the defective item is returned and inspected.
